(RE 201, 202, 203) PRELICENSING BROKER - 150 HOUR PROGRAM

(Online and Classroom)
This is the required prelicensing course that will allow you to sit for the Louisiana Broker Real Estate Licensing Examination (must have a sales license first). This course is fully approved and certified by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

REAL ESTATE CONTRACTS - 4 HOUR PROGRAM (Online Only)
This course is the 4 hour continuing education course that has been mandated by the LREC for 2006 license renewals. This course will provide an understanding of: the different forms of contracts and their elements; how certain contract provisions are interpreted; what makes contracts valid; what constitutes offer and acceptance; how contracts are terminated; more about listing agreements, purchase agreements, leases and options; how offers and counter-offers should be made; the limitations of negotiating on the phone or with faxes; the difference between earnest money, specific performance deposits and liquidated damages; and the currently required property disclosure. This may also be used as continuing education for residential building contractors. This course is fully approved and certified by both the LREC and ARELLO.

FAIR HOUSING AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY - 4 HOUR PROGRAM (Online Only)
This course is the 4 hour continuing education course that has been mandated by the LREC for 2005 license renewals. This course is available to licensee's in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi for continuing education credit. This course will review fair housing law basics; real-life situations involving the practice of fair housing law basics; the fair housing complaint process; drafting advertising which is in compliance with fair housing laws; principles of valuing cultural diversity and applying it into daily real estate practice; handling cultural diversity difficulties that may arise; and project lessons learned in class into real-life situations. This may also be used as continuing education for residential building contractors in Louisiana. This course is fully approved and certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, the Mississippi Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

LOUISIANA LICENSE LAW - 4 HOUR PROGRAM (Online Only)
This is a 4 hour continuing education course that covers every aspect of the license law. This course counts as 4 hours credit towards the 8 hours of continuing education that is necessary to renew your real estate license for next year. This course is fully approved and certified by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

LREC RULES AND REGULATIONS - 4 HOUR PROGRAM

This is a 4 hour online continuing education course that covers every aspect of the LREC's Rules and Regulations. This course counts as 4 hours credit towards the 8 hours of continuing education that is necessary to renew your real estate license for next year. This course is fully approved and certified by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

AGENCY RELATIONS IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS - 4 HOUR PROGRAM (Online Only)
This is a 4 hour continuing education course that covers every aspect of agency relations in real estate transactions, and this is the 4 hour continuing education course that was mandated by the LREC for 2004 license renewals. In order to renew your delinquent license which is due by June 30 of this year, you must take this 4 hour course. This may also be used as continuing education for residential building contractors. This course is fully approved and certified by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

MORTGAGE LICENSE EXAMINATION PREP COURSE (Online Only)

This is a non-credit course designed to prepare the student for the Louisiana Mortgage Loan Originator or Mortgage Broker licensing examination. It is recommended that this course be taken just prior to scheduling the licensing examination. This course is a review of basic mortgage lending principles, federal and state laws, and the Louisiana Residential Mortgage Lending Act (RMLA). In addition to material contained within the course, it also provides the student with links containing additional study materials, access to an extensive glossary, quizzes throughout the material, and a 100 question practice examination drawn from a database and structured to emulate the licensing exam. MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR OR MORTGAGE BROKER (Online and Classroom)
This is the 10 hour course that is used to receive or renew your mortgage broker or loan originator license. If you are a licensed real estate salesperson or broker, continuing education or postlicensing credit may be earned in this course (classroom only). This course is fully approved and certified by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions.

MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATION BOOT CAMP (Classroom Only )

This is an intense one-week class designed to introduce the new loan originator to the lending industry. The purpose of the program is to better prepare the new recruit for training by the sponsoring mortgage broker. Receipt of a certificate from this program assures the sponsoring mortgage broker that the new Mortgage Loan Originator has been introduced to the basic principles, practices, and ethics of the profession. This course also carries the required 10 hours of CPE credit required for license renewal. This course is fully approved and certified by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions.

60 HOUR - WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE FUNDAMENTALS (Online Only)

A real estate sales license in Washington requires the completion of a 60 hour prelicensing course. Upon completion of this course, you may sit for the licensing exam. This course is fully approved and certified by both the Washington Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

This is the 60 hour course that will allow you to sit for your sales license in the state of Mississippi. This course is primarily designed to assist in passing the real estate licensure examination. This is the 60 hour course that will allow you to sit for your broker license in the state of Mississippi. This course is primarily designed to assist in passing the real estate licensure examination, and secondarily designed to assist with the practice of real estate by providing the necessary information to obtain these goals. This course will include: the laws and regulations that correlate to real estate licensing; practical applications used in daily operations; real estate fundamentals; the quantitive concepts associated with the real estate industry and surrounding industries; and to ultimately solidify your ability to perform as a real estate professional once the licensing examination has been succussefully passed.
